Return Policy for Flooring Purchases
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Opened or installed items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.
2. Return Process
- Request: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@abcdflooring.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Packaging: Please securely package the items to prevent damage during transit. Include the original packing slip with the RMA number.
3. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover return shipping costs. For returns due to customer choice or ordering errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
4. Restocking Fees
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Partial Refunds: If only part of the order is returned, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Orders: Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
- Inspection:
Upon receipt of a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
